A Victorian Gentleman's belt and pouch, the belt with wavy gilt fittings generally of Heavy Cavalry pattern, edged with blue velvet and faced with 2¼ in. "Bias & Stand" lace; companion black leather pouch with blue velvet flap bearing Guelphic Crown and VR cypher in gold embroidery within an edging of 1¼ in. lace (gilt suspension-loops detached but present, flap-tab defective)
