Maker's mark of Sène & Neiser, Geneva, circa 1815
Flat, shaped as A silhouette of a male pigeon with outstretched wings protecting a female and three baby pigeons in a nest of brush and flowers in a simulated basket of rose-cut diamonds and split-pearls all within a split-pearl border, the base and sides enamelled in translucent blue enamel on engine-turned gold panels within opaque white enamel stripes and black enamel bands with trailing gold and flowers in champlevé enamel,marked inside base
