A GRAIN-PAINTED SEED CHEST
POSSIBLY JOHN BOYER, BRICKERVILLE, LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, 19TH CENTURY

The rectangular hinged slant-lid opening to a fitted interior with three compartments above a case fitted with three rows of graduated drawers all over eight short drawers all with porcelain pulls, on a shaped apron with case sides continuing to tall bracket feet; the entire surface grain painted--22½in. high, 18¾in. wide, 6¼in. deep
