A Persian gilt damascened steel powder horn
of typical form, decorated with bands of gilt scrolling arabesques and calligraphy, mounted on a wood stand -- 5¾in. (14.5cm.) long; and two other powder horns, one with traces of gilt decoration -- max. 5¾in. (14.5cm.) long, 18th Century, (gilt rubbing, old wear).
