Lot Essay

Maurice Dufrêne (1876-1955) touched on all aspects of interior decoration, and his projects were executed in many different kinds of materials: porcelain, earthenware, metal, leather, wood and textiles. He participated in the founding of the Societé des Artistes Décorateurs in 1901.
