Designed as a pavé and baguette-cut diamond hinged octagonal plaque, the reverse, a rectangular watch, the pavé-set diamond bail suspended by a baguette-cut diamond geometric line from a pavé and baguette-cut diamond scroll motif, mounted in platinum (one small diamond missing), circa 1925
