The carved channelled padded seat back, part padded arms and squab cushion covered in crimson foliate gaufrage velvet, the guilloche carved arms with scroll terminals above acanthus-wreathed downswept supports with scroll terminals above a bowed frontrail, on patera-headed turned tapering fluted legs and ball feet, stamped 'G.JACOB', later blocks
