Depicting the Castel St. Angelo with the dome of St. Peter, the companion with the Piazza and St. Pauls and the Colloseum, each oval within a malachite frame within a black background, and in a deeply moulded giltwood frame, the reverse of each with a printed paper label of the frame maker FRANCESCO SOMASCA /DORATORE VERNICIATORE INTAGLIATORE ROMA. VIA DEL CORSO 480. E 67. and with roundels ESP. ROMANA 1870 and ESP. NAZIONALE 1871
