Collation: [1-210 310 (-5, cancelled); 412 58] (1/1 blank, 1/2r Albertanus, 2/6r Henricus, 3/7v-3/10v blank; 4/1r Pro animi retentatione, 5/4v-5/8v blank). 49 leaves. 27 lines written in brown ink in a South German cursive bookhand, justification: 155 x 100 mm, frame-ruled in lead. Headings in red, red Lombard initials and capital strokes. (Slight foxing to blank margins, one small wormhole to blank margins.) The first text was frequently printed in the fifteenth century (GW 531-563), the second at least twice (GW 9511-9512).
Binding: contemporary south-German blind-tooled pigskin (sewing somewhat loose, one quire reinserted, a few tiny wormholes): each cover divided by diagonal quadruple fillets in the form of a cross of St. Andrew, each of the four resulting triangles edged with Kopfstempel and marked with curving lines emanating from a central rosette (Wind St. Peter 355), in the style of Ulrich Schreier, a Salzburg binder; original manuscript label on front cover, pink leather index tabs (one detached), vellum sewing guards cut from a 12th-century manuscript with oratorical neumes; evidence of one clasp, without the ten center- and cornerpiece bosses.
