Decorated in various coloured enamels and gilt on underglaze blue, the central roundel shaped as a flower-head enclosing a flowerpot surrounded by four medallions enclosing each a butterfly, the well and broad rim with shaped panels enclosing peony or tulips, reserved on a ground of scrolling foliage (gilt rubbed)
