Maker's mark of Jacob van der Hoop, Amsterdam, 1740
On four feet surmounted by foliate and shell ornament, two circular bottle-holders centred by a smaller one above, each finely pierced with trellis panels, drapery and foliate C-scrolls, two double scroll handles mounted on the pierced centre with bottle top holders, the two larger bottles with silver engraved upper rims
