with elaborate galleried porch to the central front door, french windows to the first floor and balcony to the dormer window, the sides with stenciled windows and access to the roof space, opening at the front to reveal two rooms, hall with staircase and landing, interior doors and original wall and floor papers -- 27in. (69cm.) high, 22½in. (57cm.) wide and 14in. (35cm.) deep, pencilled number on base 5470 (lacks steps)
