The Gap of Dunloe, Killarney, Co. Kerry

The Gap of Dunloe is a pass approximately 6 miles long in the mountains of Killarney, Co. Kerry. From the middle of the 18th Century onwards it was a much celebrated beauty spot and a source of inspriration to both poets and artists who visited Ireland.
