A Chinese blue and white part dinner service
comprising two oblong octagonal meat dishes -- 16in. (40.6cms) wide; three meat dishes -- 14¼in. (36.2cms) wide; one meat dish -- 12½in. (31.7cms) wide; two oblong octagonal dishes -- 9¾in. (24.7cms) wide; a tureen, cover and stand -- the stand 12½in. (31.7cms) wide; a larger tureen stand -- 14¼in. (36.2cms) wide; a set of ten octagonal dishes -- 6in. (15.2cms) diam; and a smaller tureen, cover and stand -- the stand 8in. (20.2cms) wide, all decorated with scenes of a waterfront village set within a turreted wall amongst pine and blossoming trees in a mountainous landscape within borders of butterflies and peony sprays, 18th century, (some damages).
