A SUITE OF RUBY AND DIAMOND JEWELLERY
Comprising a necklace, designed as a tapered bib of oval-cut rubies, each in a square and circular-cut diamond surround, to the baguette-cut diamond line neckchain, suspending ruby drops with diamond swag intersections; a bracelet and pair of ear-pendants en suite, one small diamond deficient, necklace 31.5 cm., bracelet 5.5 cm. diameter, necklace and ear-pendants with French assay marks
With certificate 35159 dated 24/2/2000 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the rubies in the necklace are of Burmese origin and show no indications of thermal enhancement. Approximately one third of the stones are colour enhanced with red oil. (3)
