Of rectangular form with shaped canted corners, the cover with seated shepherd lovers and their animals in landscape setting reserved in raised deep blue scrolls and flowers, the sides with landscape vignettes and a harbour scene reserved in raised gilt scrolls with further raised gilt decoration and white dots, corded gilt-metal mounts
3¼in. (8.25cm.) long
