The case with flambeau finials and male caryatid mounts to the angles, the dial mounted on a stipple cast plate applied with two relief cast figures holding swags which entwine around a later white enamel plaque signed BOUCHERET A PARIS (chipped), the dial also cast with stippling and applied with white enamel Roman cartouche chapters (X loose, some damages) and engraved with outside minutes, with foliate cast centre and cut steel hands, the twin barrel movement with later anchor escapement and outside countwheel, signed on the backplate Balthazar Martinot Paris, some restorations, some losses to tortoiseshell and brass -- 24in. (61cm.) high
