The stand on four shell and scroll feet, with central baluster stem with ring handle, and with applied cartouche to one side, fitted with two glass bottles with detachable domed covers and baluster finials, and three vase-shaped casters, each with pierced domed cover with baluster finial, the casters and stand each engraved with a coat-of-arms within rococo cartouche, one bottle cover engraved with a crest, marked under stand, on handle, under casters and on covers, the bottle covers apparently unmarked, each also with later French control marks
