A Chinese blue and white shaped oval tureen and matched cover
with foliate handles and finial, the cover decorated with a fenced riverside garden with a large vase of precious objects within a border of flowers and foliage, the tureen with gardens of peonies and willow and further precious objects resting upon rockwork -- 13½in. (34.2cms) wide including handles, Qianlong, (one handle restuck and with minor rim chip).
