The obverse with Herakles wrestling the fish-bodied Triton, the hero gripping him firmly around the waist from behind, with Poseidon to the left and white-haired Nereus with a staff to the right, a dolphin leaping below; the reverse with five youthful athletes, the figure in the center with a javelin, a youth with a white discus to his left, a youth to the right leaning forward, at the far left a youth walks away but looks back, and at the far right only the athlete's legs are preserved; with rays above the foot, bands of lotus bud chain and key above, simple tongues on the shoulders and lotus palmette chain on the neck, with a lotus bud and palmette complexes below the handles, details in added red and white, graffito on the underside of the foot
