Sculpted in raised relief with a pharaoh in profile to the right, wearing a short kilt with belted bull's tails attached, a broad collar, and a short uraeus-fronted wig surmounted by an ornate atef-crown, offering a tray of three bread loaves covered by a lotus blossom, with one line and two columns of partially preserved hieroglyphic text below and two blank cartouches in the upper right corner
