Of hammered sheet, rounded in form with a domed crown, a flaring neck guard, long nose guard and finely cut eyes reinforced on the underside, a perforation above each eye, with incised palmettes at the outer corner of each eye and at the perimeter where the neck guard meets the cheek guard, a palmette rising between the eyes at a V formed from the bodies of two snakes, their heads raised and facing each other with open mouths, pointed beards, large eyes and hissing tongues
