THREE SYRO-HITTITE TERRACOTTA FIGURES
circa early-mid 2nd millennium b.c.
Including a seated ape, the back of his chair flaring from his back, his phallus projecting from between his legs, with a cylindrical nose and pellet eyes beneath a small cap, his arms folded in and held at his waist; a female figure with accentuated hips and short triangular projecting arms, with three patterned bands across her hips and two across her chest, with a ring around her navel, the face with a pinched nose and pellet eyes, the crown and ears perforated; and a smaller female figure of similar form, her arms folded in and resting beneath her round breasts, the pubic triangle indicated, wearing a large necklace
