Lot Essay

Known under the American term as Lazy Susan, this revolving tray bears the brand of Wylie and Lockhead, established in Glasgow as furniture manufacturers and ship fitters in the late 19th Century. They contributed to the 1901 Glasgow Exhibition and issued a trade catalogue in the early 20th Century.
