Baluster form in the Indo-Persian taste, the body with spiral fluting, a band of scrolling and foliate decoration, the lower body of foliate repousse, the lid in squat fluted bulbous form with finial formed of a sphere set in acanthus leaves, the scroll spout with floral decoration at base, the curved scroll-capped handle monogrammed JRM.
