aquatints, 1922-27, on Arches laid paper, watermark Ambroise Vollard, title, text, list of contents, justification and the complete set of 58, copy number 169 from the edition of 425 (there were also 25 hors commerce copies), with margins, the full sheets as published, a few plates with pale discoloration along the platemark and in the margins, C.& R. 58, 105, 106 and 110 with pale discolouration in the subject, one or two occasional foxmarks, otherwise generally in very good condition, each plate loose in Arches laid paper wrappers with title and plate number printed in black on front, within original vellum and cloth-covered portfolio with title impressed in gilt on spine, brass clamp lock, some surface dirt, otherwise generally in good condition(album)
