A Chinese shadow agate snuff bottle
of flattened rounded shape, the semi-transparent stone with dark brown inclusions, stopper -- 17/8in. (4.8cm.) high; another similar bottle of flattened square shape -- 23/8in. (6cm.) high; and eight further moss agate bottles, some with stoppers -- 2½in. (6.4cm.) max. high, 19th Century, (old wear).
