A 15-Bore Balkan (Albanian ?) Silver-Mounted Flintlock Gun, And A 14-Bore Albanian Miquelet-Lock Gun

The first with two-stage sighted barrel, rounded lock stamped with spurious signature 'Giulio Rossi a Gardone', walnut three-quarter stock partly overlaid with silver-gilt panels cast and chased with flowers and foliage in low relief on a punched ground, mounts and barrel bands en suite, white metal sling mounts, and iron ramrod (trigger-guard incomplete, gilding rubbed, iron parts with some pitting throughout); the second with three-stage sighted barrel retained by six engraved brass barrel bands, engraved tang and lock, wooden three-quarter stock of characteristic form entirely covered in scroll engraved iron and brass panels interspersed with small rectangular horn and mother-of-pearl plaques, iron sling mounts, and original iron ramrod (iron parts with minor pitting and discolouration)
