Crossbanded overall in tulipwood, the top with serpentine front and sides with a central diamond panel inlaid with a basket of fruit and a bird with foliage trails, above a pair of doors each with a draped urn in an oval, the corners with foliage trails enclosing a removable shelf, the sides each with a diamond panel centred by a rose, with a shaped apron, on splayed bracket feet, with castors, restorations, the engraving with later penwork
