marked Grachev with the Imperial warrant, unrecorded workmaster's Cyrillic initials AP, St. Petersburg, circa 1890
Ovoid, in the oriental manner, on spreading feet, decorated with stylized floral and foliate sprays in compartments on dark blue and yellow grounds, the spreading neck with foliate rim, similarly decorated with plique-à-jour and cloisonné enamel, the wing-handles similarly decorated with plique-à-jour, marked on rims and under bases
