Crossbanded overall and inlaid with boxwood lines, the moulded rectangular top with a geometric panel surrounding diminishing circles, above a pair of short drawers each with a shaped panel and three long graduated drawers each with two conforming panels, with walnut sides, on a moulded base with George II burr-walnut shaped bracket feet, the front feet tipped, inscribed in paint to the reverse '455'
