M.M. London Gazette 9.7.1917.

Corporal Albert Westbury, M.M., originally entered the French Theatre of War in August 1915 as a Corporal in the 1st Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps. Subsequently transferring to the Machine Gun Corps, he won his M.M. for bravery at 'Caterpillar Hill' in April 1917, being wounded on the 23rd of that month (WO 95/2538 refers). He was discharged in September 1919.
