Lot Essay

This work, of which the present lot is the fourth part, covers a wide range of philosophical reflections on various aspects of Islam. The present volume deals with the oneness of God, the significance of the stories of the Prophets given in the Qur'an and the importance of testifying.
Some marginal notes are signed by Ahmed b. Muhammad b. Saleh al-Sharfi, who died AH 1055/1645 AD.
