An exceptional privately-printed work issued on behalf of Queen Victoria. At the front is a one-page autograph note, an extract "from a letter from my brother G. Stirling Home Drummond," signed "A. Athole," relating to the iconography of the jewel and offering a possible explanation for the symbol of the lizard.
