A TIBETAN GILT BRONZE BUDDHIST MONK

The figure seated in lalitasana on a rectangular base, holding a book in the right hand, the left hand raised in abhaya mudras, clad in long draping robes, the face with a downcast, serene expression; together with a gilt bronze figure of Palden Lhamo seated on a striding yak, set on a mountainous base strewn with body parts, the figure seated side saddle, clad in a domed cap and dressed in patterned robes over high boots, with a scarf billowing over the shoulders, the arms outstreched, modeled with a fierce expression, set on fitted wood base
