Small 4°, 8 engraved plates and one illustration, small woodcut vignette on title, woodcut initials (lacking engraved title, occasional light waterstaining, lightly browned throughout), contemporary vellum, manuscript title on spine (front hinge broken but cords firmly holding, soiled), stamp of T. Schrire, Cape Town on endpapers. Second edition.
