Inlaid overall with mahogany lines, the plain back with small rounded finials to each corner above the padded seat, back and sides covered in a loose double-sided paisley shawl, circa 1868, the bowed fronts with geometric patterning centred by a plain seat-rail with a central square panel on bowed bracket feet, with a plugged hole to the right side
