Second half 16th Century
Woven in wools and silks, depicting a standing maiden, possibly Fame or Victory, holding a palm-leaf within an arcaded recess with draped canopy above her and vases flowers to each side, above a draped border and fruiting spray to the base, within a later blue outer border, minor re-weaving and patching
