A finely engineered and presented ¾in.:1ft scale model of a single cylinder, two speed, four shaft general purpose Traction engine built to the design of Minnie,
the valve chest cover plate embossed JG and with copper firetube boiler with fittings including water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, clack and blowdown valves. Engine details include cylinder ½in. bore x 1in. stroke, bar type crosshead guides, studded stuffing boxes, mechanical lubricator, Stephenson's link reverse, counter-balanced crankshaft, eccentric driven, boiler mounted feed pump and bypass, pump air bleed cock, two roadspeeds mounted inside the hornplates and spoked flywheel. Chassis details include spoked, straked wheels with brass hubcaps, worm and roller chain steering, footplate controlled damper with locking screw, cable drum, cable and fairleads, spare driving pin, band brake to fourth shaft, wooden footboard with tool box under, front and rear lamps and many other details, finished in red, green and black with yellow, red and black lining and polished brightwork -- 12 x 18 in. (30.5 x 45.7cm.) Display base in the form of a cobbled roadway, firing irons, glazed cover and carrying box.
