The eared cross-and featherbanded hinged top with a red baize-lined interior and veneered candle recesses to the corners, the frieze drawer with gadrooned bottom edge between rounded corners raised on acanthus-carved cabriole front legs terminating in claw and ball feet, the back legs of club form with pad feet, inscribed Thomas Bradley maker, the fixed back leg replaced in stained beech, formerly parcel-gilt, the drawer possibly a slightly later modification
