Maker's mark of H. J. Wilm, Berlin, late 19th century
The circular bowl with lobed sides flanked by lion-mask-and-ring handles at either end, the flat upper rim with bead-and-reel outer border; raised on four heavy paw feet with acanthus leaves and scrolls at the knees.
