Album of 113 albumen prints, various sizes from oval approx. 2 x 1½ in. to approx. 9¾ x 6¾ in. including thirty-eight in half-stereo format, a few titled in ink on mounts, three inscribed in ink O. G. Rejlander on mounts, half green morocco (disbound), gilt, 12 x 9¼ in.

Specialist note

An unusual mixed album containing at least twenty-four half-stereo views of exhibits at the International Exhibition by William England, forty-five small ovals showing Indian portrait heads by William Johnson and three photographs by Rejlander, one apparently a study for 'Grief', one an outdoor portrait of a young girl posed against an ivy-clad wall, and a head and shoulders portrait of a young woman.
