Decorated all over with chrysanthemums, peonies and Autumn grasses, the hinged rectangular cover with serpentine clasps to each corner, flanked to each side by a long handle, the rectangular body above a plinth with foliage, flanked to the front and back by a scroll cartouche, on four pierced square baluster legs, joined by an 'H'-shaped stretcher centred by an acanthus patera
