Decorated all over in relief with flowers, fruit and insects, each surmounted by a pierced lid, above a tapering vase body with waisted a neck flanked by a pair of scrolled handles, painted to one side with figures in a landscape and to the reverse with spring flowers, on a circular socle and stepped foot, on a shaped plinth base, the underside of the vase and plinth with underglazed blued sword mark
