The corniche case with engine-turned mask to the white enamel Roman chapter disc with Arabic five minutes and steel moon hands, the twin barrel movement with replaced silvered platform lever escapement with bimetallic balance, strike/repeat on gong to the backplate with punched stamp B, with presentation inscription dated 1877 to the base plate -- 5½in. (14cm.) high
