With tapering sighted barrels each signed on the sighting flat and engraved with rococo designs on the breech, engraved tangs each incorporating a two-leaf back-sight, flat locks with moulded border each signed within a rococo cartouche and with stepped tail, moulded figured walnut full stocks finely carved in relief with rococo designs at the barrel tang, cast and chased white metal mounts decorated in relief with lion-masks, rococo shells, and foliage, pierced side-plates involving marine monsters, set triggers, horn fore-end caps, and original horn-tipped ramrods, in fine condition throughout
