Circular, engraved in the centre gilt with an image of the Mother of God of the Sign, on a niello ground of miniature floral scrolls, the border with similar niello ground and gilt and engraved with floral scrolls between four cartouches engraved with Slavonic prayer 'In You, O Mother of God, lies all my hope, preserve me'
