The pierced, three-quarter galleried bowed carrara marble top and drapery-swagged border above a central frieze drawer with lappeted border, flanked by foliate panels and out-swinging drawers with conforming borders, on ring-turned stop-fluted supports with chandelles, joined by a conforming undertier, on ring-turned tapering legs with capped feet, stamped to the reverse 'F SCHEY', with indistinct chalk inscription to the reverse and remains of a paper label inscribed in ink '...xth....,'with two parcel stamp labels to the underside of the top, restorations to the lower tier, two acanthus mounts flanking the drawer replaced, with ink stain to right-hand corner of the top and lower marble
