Lot Essay

Ena Rottenberg (1893-circa 1950) was trained at the K.K. Kunstgewerbeschule in Vienna, amongst others by Michael Powolny. She joined the Wiener Werkstätte in 1921. Works by her hand were included in the Exposition des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes in 1925 in Paris.
