Small oval box, the hinged cover set à-jour with a large citrine with faceted sides, engraved with scrolling initials 'AH', the gold sides engine-turned with a pattern of peaked lozenges, the base with a guilloché pattern of interwoven circles, opening to reveal the grille with hinge at the right side, pierced and engraved with a floral motif
